The book that I am recommending that you read this month is called "In Defense of Food' by Michael Pollan. In this book he gives some of the most simple advice, which is usually the most profound:
"Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants."
It really does not get more basic than this. Remember, you are what you eat. The quality of your body, your organs, and your cells 15 years from now is determined by what you are eating today and how much nerve supply and innate intelligence you have available to turn that food into healthy cells.
Personally, I do not want my family to end up with pizza faces and chicken finger stomachs...you are what you eat right!?
