I suffered from horrible migraine headaches for most of my child and teenage years. When I was 21 years old working in another industry, I began getting adjusted regularly because a co-worker saw how badly I was suffering and cared enough to explain Chiropractic to me. I have not had a migraine headache in 13 years thanks to regular adjustments.
